Mr. Tarek follows a diverse number of cases. He is in charge of preparing ancillary supporting documents related to various litigation and arbitration cases. He also attends court hearings and follows up on civil, commercial and labor cases. He has drafted many summonses and complaints, memorandums of law and various motions before the courts for and on behalf of the Firm’s clients
