Mr. Azzaz obtained his law degree from the University of Cairo and became a member of the Egyptian Bar Association in (1994). He joined the Firm in 1997.

Mr. Azzaz holds a postgraduate diploma in Social Legislation from University of Cairo (2007) and he was admitted before the court of cassation since (2011).

Mr. Azzaz has more than 25 years of litigation experience as a seasoned litigation and labor attorney with a proven track record of successful litigation in hundreds of court cases and legal advice in Labor law, civil and commercial and Customs Laws. He has worked on a wide range of disputes, claims and legal advice to various entities, such as the “French Institute of Oriental Archeology in Cairo, the French University in Cairo, Apache, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Al Masri Al Ahli Bank, Torah Cement, Lafarage, Pepsi, the Egyptian Society of Manufacturing of telephone equipment, Fulbright Association, orange Egypt, Etisalat Egypt, chipsy, Amreyah cement, EFG- Hermes Securities Brokerage”.

Mr. Azzaz has prepared the draft internal regulations of several entities, and the draft plans for early retirement and labor restructuring plans for large conglomerate of companies and plants. He has extensive experience in labor-related dispute settlement mechanisms, such as arbitration and mediation and negotiation before various regulatory bodies. Mr. Azzaz a registered as an expert mediator before the Egyptian labor and manpower ministry and solved various Customs disputes.
