Mr. Hamed has solid grounding and experience in the area of commercial, company laws, real estate law, tax and customs laws, costumer protection and labor law.

He had participated in the services provided by the firm including the process of reviewing and drafting ordinary general and extraordinary assembly and board of directors’ meetings, companies’ internal rules and incorporation contracts. He also participated in issuing security approvals, facility permits for entities and finishing all the procedures related to entities’ permits, industrial and commercial approvals and dealing with all the government agencies regarding this matter.

He had represent our clients in connection with the processes mandated before the general authority of investment and free zones, financial regulatory authority ,Egyptian stock market, industrial development authority ,ministry of communications ,ministry of manpower, national authority of social insurance ,tax and customs authority ,imports and exports supervision authority, ministry of environment ,traffic units, police departments, foreigners work permit offices ,administration of passports and immigration authority and all the government agencies.

Mr. Hamed has Graduated from the Faculty of Law – Cairo University in 2015. He has since obtained a postgraduate diploma in private law from the same university.
