Mr. Youssef is junior associate in the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial Department.

Mr. El-Keshky has solid grounding and experience in the area of commercial, company laws, real estate law, tax and custom laws and labor law.

El-Keshky’s area of expertise is on regulatory matters including licensing, corporate procedures, IDA and government relations.

He had participated in the services provided by the film including the process of reviewing and drafting ordinary general and extraordinary assembly, board of directors’ meetings, and incorporation contracts.

Mr. El-Keshky graduated from the Faculty of Law – Ain-shams University in 2020.
