Is responsible for the Procedures & Government Relations department which handles all administrative, and corporate procedural matters related to incorporating companies in Egypt. Mr. Fedaa has over 13 years of experience in this domain.

Mr. Fedaa deals with all transactional issues with various governmental entities such as the Egyptian Capital Market Authority, General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), and Tax Authority. This department is critical to the Firm in that it ensures the timely submission and completion of all paper work, and relevant governmental approvals required for the incorporation of different forms of companies, and for time-sensitive transactions with utmost efficiency.
